Education Visa

A Thai education (ED) visa allows foreigners to study, attend seminars, or undergo training in Thailand for up to 90 days, which can be extended. To apply, you must obtain a letter of acceptance from a Thai institution and submit it with other required documents like a valid passport, application form, and photos to a Thai Embassy or Consulate outside of Thailand.

Retirement Visa

A retirement visa is a type of visa for foreigners aged 50 and older, allowing them to reside in a country without working. Requirements typically include meeting financial thresholds proving financial stability, and holding health insurance. Specifics, such as the validity period and renewal process, vary by country, but generally, you can apply for a 1-year visa

Visa Run

When a foreigner comes to Thailand on a 30 day visa exemption or a 60 day tourist visa, they often find themselves wanting to extend their stay for a longer period of time, such as 4-6 months or more. In order to do this, they need to obtain a new tourist visa or exemption visa, which can only be obtained at a Thai consulate outside of Thailand. For these cases, we offer professional visa run services to Laos and Cambodia.

Work Permit & Visa

A visa allows you to enter and stay in a foreign country, while a work permit allows you to be legally employed there for a specific employer. You need both a valid visa (like a Non-Immigrant Business Visa) and a work permit to legally work in Thailand. The visa governs your length of stay, and the work permit is tied to your specific job and employer, requiring a new application if you change jobs.

Marriage Visa

A Pattaya marriage visa is a type of Non-Immigrant O visa for foreigners married to a Thai citizen, allowing for a one-year stay that is renewable annually. To apply, you’ll need a Thai marriage certificate, proof of financial stability ((40,000) THB monthly income or (400,000) THB in a Thai bank account), a valid passport, and other documents like your spouse’s ID.

Visa Extension

To get a 30-day visa extension in Pattaya, visit the local immigration office with your passport, a completed TM.7 application form, a 4×6 cm passport photo, and photocopies of your passport and entry stamp. You will also need proof of accommodation, like a TM.30 form from your landlord, and pay a fee of around 1,900 Baht. It is crucial to apply before your current permission to stay expires.

Tourist Visa

A tourist visa allows you to travel to a country for leisure purposes, with requirements varying by destination. To apply, you generally need a passport, a completed application form, photos, a flight itinerary, proof of accommodation, and financial support.

Re Entry Permit

Re-entry permits can be applied for in person or by an agent at Thai immigration office. If an agent is used, a letter of attorney is required. The processing time at Thai Immigration offices can vary from 1 hour to half a day, so if you prefer to queue, apply before lunch so you can pick it up later the same day
